We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses provided by customer
- Packages returned due to wrong address
- Re-shipping costs for address errors
Need to change your address?
Contact us immediately at hello@mapleby.com. We can only update addresses before the order is dispatched.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please note that delivery times may be longer for these addresses.
Peak Season & Holiday Shipping
During busy periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.), please order early to ensure timely delivery.
Recommended ordering deadlines:
- Christmas delivery: Order by December 1st
- Mother's Day: Order 3 weeks in advance
- Valentine's Day: Order by January 25th
During peak seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend ordering as early as possible for time-sensitive gifts.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Package delayed?
- Check tracking information first
- Allow a few extra days beyond estimated delivery
- Contact your local post office
- If no update after 5 days past estimated delivery, contact us
Package lost?
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will:
- File a claim with the shipping carrier
- Send a replacement at no cost, OR
- Issue a full refund

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage (packaging and product)
- Contact us within 14 days
- We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Order Cancellation
Before dispatch: Full refund available. Contact us immediately.
After dispatch: Cannot be cancelled. You may return the item once received (see our Return Policy).
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and customization requirements. You'll receive separate tracking for each shipment.
